I like it...
I gave up on quicken after many years of use when I went from 2007 to essentials. I’m back to give it another chance.
If your going to compare it to the Windows ver. or Quicken 2007. You are going to be disapointed. Need to keep in mind that this is fairly new software.
I guess it also depends on what kind of user your are. Personally my use is very basic. If like me all you want to do is track your bank accounts, loans, credit cards, simple investment accounts and keep track of your budget. I think it does a great job. It does need little things here and there. but for every day use it has been great for me. the accounts set up, bank syncing and reconciliating of accounts has worked flawlessly. Another thing I like is the running balance of the scheduled transactions right on the registry. not a new feature to quicken but have to point it out because all of the other programs I tried shows them in completely separeate window and thats no help. The mobile app is another thing. hopefully they wont take 10 years with that one too.
