Once again, downloaded duplicate transactions in almost all of my accounts

Seems like with every update I perform with Quicken, be it free or now PAID, when quicken updates my accounts I end up with balances that are completley off kilter due to duplicate transactions all the way back to 01/15. Takes me 4 hours to find and delete the duplicates just to balance my accounts.
